Mantra meditations can be a wonderful tool to support health and wellness, on all levels; body, mind, heart and soul, for both mother and child, during fertility, conscious conception, pregnancy, and birth.

In this course, Nina Ketscher will introduce us to the power of using specific mantras for these stages of early life, and show how these mantras impact the human body and create healthy outcomes. You will receive guidance and support in implementing these mantras into personal and professional settings.
Nina Ketscher is a Holistic Integrative Somatic Prenatal and Perinatal Practitioner, Educator, Healer, and Mother. She works with professionals, moms, babies, children, and parents to support early whole beginnings, and wholeness at all stages of human development.

Through presentation, case studies and practices, Nina will show how:

Module one

Mantras for Fertility and Conscious Conception

Monday, 10 August  2026 at 19h - 20h UK time

These mantras may bless the family with a child, and support mother and baby to be happy, healthy and bonded. When struggling to conceive, these mantras may be the right energetic and vibrational medicine to support creating a fertile and connected environment. Nina will share what these mantras do for couples wanting to conceive and how it can create a higher vibration for both mother and baby to blossom.

Module 2

Mantras for Pregnancy

Monday, 17 August 2026 at 19h - 20h UK time

Receive several mantras to support the pregnancy period. Mothers who chant these mantra prayers often report happier and healthier pregnancy with less doubts, fears, and interventions. Mothers report they feel better able to bond prenatally with their child and feel more relaxed and supported. Nina will share studies of how these mantras positively support the womb environment. This gives the Mother, and developing baby, a highly supportive Divine energy
during all stages of pregnancy.

Module three

Mantras for Birth & Integration

Monday, 24 August 2026 at 19h - 20h UK time

The course concludes with highlighting specific mantras to support birth. Nina will also share a blessing mothers can give as their baby is crowning. Through case studies, you will understand how these mantras create positive birth outcomes. In conclusion, Nina will offer some time for questions. She will help participants to integrate what they have learned and offer ways to bring this knowledge and these mantra practices to the birth journey.
