The heart is likely the one organ of the body holding the strongest metaphorical meaning. Research has revealed that our ‘heartfelt’ connections are more than emotional experiences. Our physical hearts are capable of literally communicating with each other.
Dr. Dorothy Mandel is a US based psychologist involved with research around heart rate and heart rate variability in conjunction with non-local human connectedness. She has also been practising and teaching pre- and perinatal psychology for many years.

This class looks at the science of the heart and the neurobiology of nurture from the perspective of how we can best support an optimum loving connection and attachment through the sacred journey of preconception through birth and beyond. Some experiential tools to activate the quantum potentials of the heart are part of the class.
