The effects birth can leave a range of problems in the body from an open birthing pelvic pattern to jammed up organs and the core muscles getting stretched out.

All these can affect a woman’s ability to bounce back after having a baby. These issues cause low back and pelvic pain, difficulty taking a deep breath, painful intercourse, stress incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
