Before we are even born we experience the twofold reality of body and mind through movement and dreaming. This duality stays with us throughout life: our direct sense of our physicality accessed through our senses – the Body of Flesh - and the inner body and senses which connect us to flow and implicate possibilities – the Body of Dream.

In a series of four experiential classes, psycho-spiritual psychotherapist Ian Rees will guide us to the discovery of a body-mind synthesis, which can take us beyond our personal history into the experience of embodiment of the soul and non-ordinary reality – the Body of Mystery.

This work is based on a contemplative model of conscious incarnation seeing the process of incarnation as a moment by moment recreation and recapitulation of our shaping from our inception right through our history to the present moment.
