Laura Uplinger is an international proponent in the field of conscious conception and prenatal parenting.
She discloses the relevance of a pregnant woman’s inner life for her baby’s formation and is the vice-president of the Brazilian Association for Prenatal Education.
Brazilian and American, with a BA in Applied Psychology from a French University, since the mid-seventies she lectures in Europe and the Americas on the prenate’s mind and its role in the advent of a healthier, wiser and more fraternal human civilization.
She is one of the producers “Pregnancy & Civilization ~ The power of pregnant women over our future,” ANEP Brazil’s international documentary.
She is a founding member of the international NGO Prenatal Alliance; served on the APPPAH (Association for Prenatal & Perinatal Psychology And Health) board of directors from 1988 to 1999; and is the scriptwriter of the award-winning video “A Gift for the Unborn Children” at the 1989 “Las Vegas Film Festival.” (Available on YouTube)
