Session 4 - Exploring our Life of ‘Dyings’

Of all animals, the human species is the most capable of change and yet, humans find change difficult and often resist the transitions that change brings. From the simplicity of a new haircut to the complexity of midlife to the finality of dying, we may often find we are reluctant to navigate the passageway to transition. In this series we will explore four stages of our spiralling journey from  becoming individual human beings to returning to being one with wholeness and why we have learnt to make it so difficult.

In this final part of the series we recognise that we are constantly making the transition from living to dying, beginnings to endings. Even birth is a dying to a previous form of existence and we transmute in form and being throughout our whole life, coming up against resistance, working with it to empower us and then making the transition to the next stage.
 We also recognise that we are physical beings living in a human body AND light beings living in a light body. You will learn a practice through which we can begin to realise that even our apparent realities of time and distance can be transcended.
