The vaginal microbiome is the complex ecosystem of microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi, that live inside the vagina. The vaginal microbiota or vaginal flora plays a major role in female reproductive — and overall — health.

In this class, Certified Fertility Practitioner Isobel Austin-Little will explore the vaginal microbiome and its role in women's health, fertility, and pregnancy. She will highlight some of the most common female concerns and provide insights into the latest research on the vaginal microbiome and infertility.

Isobel will also discuss mainstream testing methods and their limitations, as well as the more advanced options she utilises in her practice.
