My Sibling(s) and I – Finding Our Rightful Place

With Nir Esterman
Sunday, 22 November 2026 at 14h-17h30 UK time
The relationship between siblings is more impactful than it is given credit for. A subconscious, indissoluble bond connects us with our sibling(s) which lasts our entire life time, regardless of what our relationship with them is like, even if we are not on speaking terms or have never met some of them.

Sibling relationships set a blueprint for other peer relationships, such as life partners, friends and colleagues and whatever is unresolved with our siblings can easily be projected onto those relationships.

Every single child conceived and/or born to their parents (this includes miscarriages and abortions) has an equal right to belong to the family system and to occupy their rightful place within it. When this order is disrupted, the system falls out of balance, leading to emotional distress or a feeling of being blocked in life. Conversely, taking our exact, rightful place in the sibling sequence brings internal peace and allows our personal potential to unfold.

In this workshop, Nir Esterman will guide us through individual exercises and group constellations designed to help us explore family dynamics from the perspective of the 'order' of siblings.

constellation work

Systemic or Constellation Work is based on the Family Constellation approach developed by Bert Hellinger. It is a method for revealing and healing the relationship dynamics within any kind of personal, family or group system.

During a constellation, we hold space for ourselves and the other participants. Together, we connect and bring to life what was in a way that supports what can be. Constellations offer a deep, often transformative healing movement of reconciliation that takes us closer to our potential for a vital and present life.

What comes up in a constellation is based on the imprints that are left of what happened to us and to previous generations in our family system. During the constellation process, we learn to acknowledge the perspectives of all involved and add resources where needed so that integration and closure become possible.
