Introduction to Sequencing

Understand and Navigate Sequencing Imprints

Sequencing describes the order in which each individual moves through the phases of any kind of process in life, from ‘before, beginning’, to ‘middle’, then ‘ending’ and finally ‘afterwards’. The very personal dynamic we use is deeply influenced by our earliest experiences and we tend to repeat certain patterns throughout our lives - the way we approach projects, relationships or challenges. 

In this four hour workshop we will start to observe the sequence in which we do things in life and attempt to correlate and understand how this sequence might be imprinted by intense experiences we had during our early lives and why we tend to repeat them.

Through presentations, videos and practical exercises, Tara and Mary will help us identify our sequence, differentiate between imprint dynamics and blueprint resources and gain greater choice in responding to life situations. 
Tara Blasco has a PhD in Pre- and Perinatal Psychology. She is a Craniosacral Therapist, certified hypnotherapist and teacher of Pre- and Perinatal Somatic Psychology.  Mary Jackson is a Licensed Midwife, RCST, SE therapist and teacher of Pre- and Perinatal Somatic Psychology

Tara and Mary have been teaching the Castellino Foundation Training internationally for many years. 

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • how to find resources to respond differently
  • how to differentiate between imprints and blueprint
  • how to introduce choice to the way we respond in present time?
