Introduction to Advanced Baby Body Language

Each baby has his or her own prenatal and birth story and they show us their implicit memories of intrauterine life and their birth in gestures that are generally seen as normal baby behaviour rather than specific messages. The baby’s psyche is begging for us to see what the baby is trying to express so that they can get some understanding and healing of what happened to them.

In this live talk, Karlton Terry and John Wilks give us an introduction to the profound communication babies express through their body language. We learn how important it is for parents, caregivers and therapists to carefully listen to what the baby is saying and to acknowledge their story.
