- The nature of tissue memory - which organ systems and which areas of the body carry our inherited beliefs and behaviours
- How to explore your family tree and where there may be damage and breakdowns in communication
- How to work with techniques for healing

Saturday, 25 January 2024 14h - 17h30 UK time
- Lecture 1 - Definitions of Ancestral and Inter-generational Trauma. How trauma isolates and disconnects the relationship between ourselves and our ancestors.
- Experiential 1 - Guided meditation to connect with our 'Gateway' Ancestor. Then, to find and reconnect any denied, unnamed or hidden children.
- Lecture 2 - How family and inter-generational trauma affects us, the living, via epigenetics, unspoken family rules, social mores and behaviours etc.
- Practical session in pairs - locating and rebalancing an inherited belief (Usually held in the tissue memory of a particular organ system)
- Lecture 3 - Exploring your family tree. Finding and resolving conflicts Creating an alter. Receiving gifts, knowledge and insight from our family.
- Experiential 2 - Guided meditation - Going back in time to the wisdom of our ancient ancestry.
