In this second mentorship group session with Cherionna, we will deepen the integration of the moment when the embryo is ready to stay. Embodying this important stage of development can support us in being able to find and settle into home, whether in a house, a relationship, or on Mother Earth. Prepare a nest of cushions and a soft surface to nest into during our exploration.

This class will begin with a guided meditation, followed by a short presentation and a somatic exploration which allows us to deepen our experience. There will be ample time for questions and sharing.
